25 yr old Melbourne artist Jarrod Factor has just completed 3 years at film school (Victorian College of the Arts). His final year film is Insignia, a highly innovative 15 minute drama. Jarrod produces all the original music for his films, and has just been named one of the 10 shortlisted filmmakers for the 2007 Spirit of Youth Awards.
Jarrod recently won "Best Achievement in Post Production Sound" at St Kilda Film Festival for his Sound Design for Lily Coates' "The Cat And Claudia".
