Elke Doust is a Melbourne based fashion designer. Her fashion career began in 2004 by launching accessories label Doubles & Blackie, stocked at Melbourne's sexy Smitten Kitten. Elke then met couture designer Naomi Tettmann, and gained her first major stockist and mentor. She began producing special orders for private clientele, and has been involved in costume for film. Elke then began assisting Melbourne's Gwendolynne Burkin. She continues this whilst completing her fashion studies at RMIT.
